Description
This political cartoon illustrates the damage and social instability that intervention by the United States in Latin American politics and government has produced. Uncle Sam is portrayed pointing a gun at a border patrol officer and Latin American refugees. Beneath their feet, refugees are shown fleeing Latin America via Mexico into the U.S. Border.
